Where are you from?: South LA. I was rescued from Bullies and Buddies

Hi I’m Disco. I was rescued by my parents when I was only 3 months old. I’m almost 2 now and I’ve spent the majority of my life at The Aloha Bungalow.

Any Passions?: Playing and sleeping.

When you're not at The Aloha Bungalow, where would we find you?: Running around the local dog park or beach.

Can only eat one food forever: Whatever you humans are eating.

Anywhere in the world you'd go right now?: Wherever my parents are.

Superpower?: Communicate with humans.

Emily Poage

Where are you from?: Lomita, CA

I am the owner of The Aloha Bungalow. I have a cute pup, a cute two year old and an equally as cute husband that I enjoy spending all my time with.

Passions?: I love being creative. Whether it’s arranging flowers, merchandising and decorating a space, styling clothes for someone, or planning any event.

When you're not at The Aloha Bungalow, where would we find you?: At the beach or relaxing at a restaurant drinking wine.

Can only eat one food forever: Give me all the cheese.

Anywhere in the world you'd go right now?: Kauai or Byron Bay.

Your 25 year accomplishment: My hope is to have 1-2 kids, a second home in Kauai, and just to live a simple happy life.

Superpower?: To be invisible.

Favorite animal?: Giraffe

Where are you from?: Redondo Beach, CA

I am the proud husband of The Aloha Bungalow's founder, Emily Poage.

Passions?: My passion is serving others and finding new ways to make a positive impact on the world.

When you're not at The Aloha Bungalow, where would we find you?: Somewhere chasing waves. Surfing is one of my ultimate obsessions. 

Can only eat one food forever: Sushi

Anywhere in the world you'd go right now?: Kauai or the North Shore of Oahu.

Your 25 year accomplishment?: I would love to live in both California and Hawaii. I also hope to have a loving family with children of our own and live a simple life near the ocean and dedicated to empowering people and protecting our precious environment. 

Superpower?: I would love to breath under water.

Favorite Book?: The Tao of Health, Sex and Longevity

Favorite Animal? I'd be a dolphin because I love the ocean.

Where are you from?: I was born in Colorado, but have lived in the South Bay since I was 9 years old.

I am the mother of Emily, the founder of The Aloha Bungalow!

Passions?: My family, friends, doggies- and of course my grandson Riley Jack

When you're not at The Aloha Bungalow, where would we find you?: Enjoying happy hour with friends!

Your 25 year accomplishment: Just to have been the best person that I can be.

Superpower?: Either invisibility or speed.

Favorite book?: To Kill a Mockingbird.

Favorite animal?: A dolphin because they are brilliant and fun loving.

Where are you from?: Torrance, CA

I think it's really cool that I was born at Torrance Hospital and that Riviera Village has now been my home for 25 years and counting.

Passions?: My boyfriend Dave- and our 3 dogs: Dinger, Banjo, and Popcorn. I also love the beach, ocean, sunshine, and just life itself!

Anywhere in the world you'd go right now?: to the beach or to Shorebreak (our favorite getaway in Huntington Beach) with Dave and the puppies.

Susie Saucedo

Where are you from?: Born in Utah but spent most of my life in the South Bay. I love animals and am an advocate for many. I am also a retired neonatal nurse of 45 years.

Passions?:  Life, my friends, and my family- especially my daughter Maria.

When you're not at The Aloha Bungalow, where would we find you?: Home with my husband James and my father who is still with us at the age of 92! I also love to get margaritas with my sister, Vickie!

Can only eat one food forever: A tie between macaroni & cheese and lobster tails

Anywhere in the world you'd go right now?: Camping anywhere!

Your 25 year accomplishment: I hope to own an animal refuge.

Superpower?: Flying...seems like a great time up there.
