Return Policy
ONLINE RETURNS
Undamaged or defective merchandise can be returned by mail within 14 days of the purchase. Refunds can be issued in the form of store credit or original payment. Shipping will only be refunded if we sent the wrong item or if the item was defective.
To process a return, please email emily@thealohabungalow.com and provide your order number, reason for return, and contact information.
IN-STORE RETURNS
In-store purchases can be returned for store credit only. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of the purchase. Store credit will be issued for the returns.
Sale items and local artisan items are not eligible for return.
