Yes, we offer refunds for both online and in store. We do not offer refunds for sale items and local artisan items
For ONLINE RETURNS, undamaged or defective merchandise can be returned by mail within 14 days of the purchase.
For IN-STORE RETURNS, purchases can be returned for store credit only and must be made within 7 days of the purchase.

Full refunds can be issued in the form of store credit or original payment. Shipping will only be refunded if we sent the wrong item or if the item was defective.
