Unscrew and remove the black decorative collar. Carefully remove the plug from the vase. Reattach the decorative collar (gold, silver, or black) by screwing it back into position.
For optimal performance, use more reeds for a stronger scent, fewer for a lighter scent nd longer-lasting diffusion.

Undamaged or defective merchandise can be returned by mail within 14 days of the purchase. Refunds can be issued in the form of store credit or original payment. Shipping will only be refunded if we sent the wrong item or if the item was defective.
